2013 Junior World Championships – Team Results

Italy came out of the team events with 3 gold medals, a silver and a bronze for a total of 5 team medals. The United States came away with 3 team medals – a gold and two silvers. Full results brackets are available on the official site.

The US men’s foil team missed out on winning 4 straight world titles with their loss to Italy and the women’s sabre team won their first world title since 2006. US Fencing has a good write up of the day’s team events.

The United States finished just out of the medals, placing 4th in Men’s Team Sabre and Women’s Team Epee.

Videos of all of the events are available on the FIE’s YouTube Channel.
